 GLNJ Group partners with health systems to uncover employer healthcare needs, identify opportunities for growth, and develop partnerships that create value for employers, employees, and the health system.

We work across health system leadership and operations to connect existing capabilities with needs in the employer market and help move the strongest opportunities from discovery to implementation.

Our work takes us directly into the communities health systems serve. We engage employers, municipalities, schools, universities, economic development organizations, brokers, and other stakeholders to understand where healthcare is supporting—or falling short of—the needs of their workforce and operations.

These insights help health systems identify opportunities that may not be visible from inside the organization.

When an employer opportunity requires capabilities beyond what the health system provides directly, we help identify and engage the right strategic partners.

Our role is to ensure outside capabilities support the broader employer strategy rather than drive it.
